We are Andrew and Amoy Stone, creators of the Stone Island Family on YouTube and proud Jamaicans raising our family of nine right here on the island we love.

Over the past few days, our island home has faced unimaginable devastation from Hurricane Melissa. Entire communities have been flooded, homes destroyed, and many families are still without food, power, or shelter. Yet, even in the middle of it all, we’ve witnessed something powerful — the courage, faith, and resilience of our people.

As a family rooted in love, faith, and community, we cannot sit still and do nothing. That’s why we’ve launched the Stone Island Family Relief Fund — to bring real help and hope to families most affected by Hurricane Melissa, starting in Trelawny and surrounding parishes.

We are directly involved with the families we are raising funds for through our ongoing community outreach and rebuilding efforts in Jamaica. Our family has personally met and documented their situations, including those who lost homes and belongings during the recent storm. We have been assisting them with food, basic supplies, and temporary repairs, and are now raising funds to help rebuild their homes and restore stability.

The funds will first be withdrawn to my verified account connected to the GoFundMe campaign. From there, we will transfer the funds directly to the purchase of building materials, groceries, and other relief essentials locally in Jamaica. We will ensure transparency through documented receipts, video updates, and ongoing progress shared on our YouTube and social media pages so donors can see how every dollar is used.

Funds will be used strictly for:

Home rebuilding — purchasing materials such as zinc, plywood, cement, blocks, and paint.

Family essentials — providing food, clothing, bedding, and basic household items to affected families.

Transportation and logistics — delivering materials and aid to families in rural and hard-to-reach areas.

Every contribution will go directly toward restoring hope and rebuilding lives for those who were severely impacted.
