We can no longer put a band-aid on our wounds. We can not turn a blind eye to mass killings, mental illness, discrimination, refugees, a lack of affordable housing, a lack of affordable healthcare, prison overpopulation, and recidivism.
NOW is the time for us to rebuild communities together, to move from exclusiveness to inclusiveness, and from welfare to well-fare. Justice is just us!
Our Daily Bread Foundation seeks to make a revolutionary step in the right direction: To reduce crime and save lives by empowering vulnerable populations through Art, Mentorship/Music, Entrepreneurship/Economic Empowerment, and Nutrition (AMEN™) - enabling them to thrive in our community.
Your donation will help renovate and furnish our community bakery. Our bakers will include ex-offenders and refugees empowering them with life skills and training to live productive full lives.
