<div>My name is Beverly, and my Aunt Amy and Uncle Ray are experiencing tremendous hardship after Hurricane Helene. Thankfully, they are safe but their home is uninhabitable (likely a total loss) and they don’t know if or when they will be able to return. They lost their cars and all personal belongings as well. They are currently staying in a local hotel while they figure out their next steps. Their doors were always open to everyone. They always accepted guests, both long term and short, of the human and animal variety. Everyone has been asking what they can do for them, and I think this is a great place to start- a way to help them right now while they plan for their future. Any and all contributions are welcome and appreciated, as they have lost everything and will need to re-build. Let’s send them some love and encouragement.
