Help Us Recover from a Devastating Car Fire

Hello my name is Yvette May and I’ve created this fundraiser for my sister who recently went through a devastating fire

Summary:

We’re reaching out for help after our car was destroyed in a sudden fire. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but we’ve lost our primary means of transportation. We’re fundraising to replace the vehicle and cover related emergency expenses.

Story:

On [09/05/25], our lives were turned upside down when our car unexpectedly caught fire. It was a terrifying experience, but we’re incredibly grateful that no one was hurt. Unfortunately, the car is a total loss and was not fully insured for this type of damage.

This vehicle was our only reliable means of getting to work, school, appointments, and everyday necessities. Without it, our daily lives and income have been severely impacted.

We’re asking for help from our community, friends, and kind strangers to raise [10,000] to go toward:

• A reliable replacement vehicle

• Temporary transportation (e.g., rentals or rideshares)

• Emergency expenses related to the fire
