Taz the raccoon’s journey has touched so many hearts. After being abandoned on raccoon island and rejected by the wild raccoons, Taz was in desperate need of help. I paddle boarded him back to land, and for a few weeks, we set up a room for him in our shop to keep him safe. When I shared his story on TikTok, it went viral, and that’s how Taz found his forever home with Rebecca.

 Rebecca is an incredible animal lover who already cares for two raccoons and many other rescued animals. She welcomed Taz with open arms, but now she faces a new challenge. To comply with Florida wildlife regulations, Rebecca must have both an indoor and outdoor enclosure for her raccoons. Unfortunately, the indoor cage she had was destroyed by the raccoons’ playful antics, and she urgently needs funds to build a new, sturdy enclosure to keep them safe and happy.
