Help Ray Get out of a Bad Situation

Hello everyone, My name is Jill and I am raising money on behalf of my good friend Ray Kartika. They are living in a severely abusive situation in Indonesia, on top of being unable to work due to not being able to afford to get their GED. They are also working from an old half-broken laptop as their only source of income. This Covid-19 pandemic has certainly not helped their situation and I find myself turning to the generosity of strangers to help them. The goal of this campaign is to get them enough to cover the cost of the GED test and funds for a new laptop. We both appreciate all of the help and will send regular updates as the campaign progresses. The sooner we meet this goal the better, but ideally, we will meet it by the end of January. It would be amazing if we could raise enough for them to move out, but with a new laptop and the hope of a career, I believe they will be able to turn their life around.
