<div>After relocating to Roseburg for employment, Randy has been recovering from cancer residuals, without Coumadin, his blood clots and he is under life threatening health scenario, still seeking employment and holding onto housing.   Household on SSI fixed income, and together they are doing everything they can to provide for their family. Despite their best efforts, the bills have piled up, and they are struggling to cover the basics—Prescription's, groceries and utilities.
