<div>Pastor Robin Essex was our beloved church Pastor, who faithfully served at Tramway Christian Fellowship for 10 years.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He was deeply loved by our church family and gave so much of his life to serving God, encouraging others, preaching the Gospel and caring for people both in the UK and overseas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Alongside his wife, Rana, and his daughters Ruth and Lydia, Pastor Robin also served in ministry in places including Albania and Kosovo, continuing to give his time, energy and heart to the work of God.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, at just 65 years old, Pastor Robin sadly passed away after a very short illness with cancer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>His passing has left Rana and the girls not only grieving the sudden loss of a husband and father, but also facing an extremely difficult financial situation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Pastor Robin had no pension or savings, and there was no insurance or financial provision in place to cover his funeral. Rana is now faced with the unexpected cost of laying her husband to rest.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the same time, the home they have been renting is being sold, meaning Rana must also find somewhere new to live and meet the significant costs involved in securing and moving into another rental property.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Rana works full-time, but her income is modest. One of her daughters also works full-time on a low income. Despite working hard, the financial pressures they are now facing are considerable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We would love to help raise £10,000 to help Rana with:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Robin’s funeral expenses
</div>
<div>* securing a new rental home
</div>
<div>* moving costs and deposits
</div>
<div>* essential living expenses during this difficult transition
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Pastor Robin spent many years serving, giving and pouring into the lives of others. For 10 years, Tramway Christian Fellowship was blessed by his leadership, teaching, pastoral care and commitment to the church family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now we have an opportunity to stand alongside Rana, Ruth &amp; Lydia and support them in this incredibly difficult season.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If Pastor Robin served you, encouraged you, ministered to you, or if his life and ministry touched your church or community, please consider making a donation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No gift is too small. Every contribution will help relieve some of the financial pressure Rana is facing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to donate, please share this fundraiser with your church, family, friends and wider community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Scripture reminds us:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…” James 1:27
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can honour Pastor Robin’s legacy by surrounding Rana with the same love, care and support that he showed to so many others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your kindness, generosity, prayers and support.
