<div>I'm Abdullah Al-Nono, starting this fundraiser with Shorouq to help her raise funds for her two brothers, Rami and Yousef, to evacuate from Gaza and rebuild their lives. Please read their story below:

<div>My name is Shorouq Saad, and I’m reaching out to you with a plea fueled by love and desperation.
</div>
<div>As I currently reside in Egypt, my heart is heavy with worry for my 2 younger brothers, Yousef &amp; Rami. We’ve been inseparable for as long as I can remember, bound by a bond that goes beyond mere siblinghood. They’re not just my brothers; they’re my best friends, my confidants, and the light in my darkest moments. Their unwavering optimism and silly jokes have carried us through life’s trials, even amidst the horrors of war in Gaza.

<div>I work in the tech industry as a software developer. Joyful to see both of them starting to build their careers, studying Mobile computing and Mobile applications at the Islamic University in Gaza.

<div>I was so excited for Rami because before the war broke out, he just started his first internship as a web developer, being only a sophomore, and Yousef being a freshman. The future seemed bright and welcoming.

<div>I managed to escape Gaza thankfully 2 months ago, However, my brothers remain trapped in a nightmare, stuck in a tent. They're facing the danger of malnutrition &amp; dehydration. And while they always remain strong, I am afraid that their mental health is declining with each passing day. Their dreams of completing their education are slipping further away. They deserve better than the suffering they’ve endured. They deserve the chance to heal, thrive, and pursue their dreams with the same fervor that once lit up their eyes.

<div>Rami &amp; Yousef have their university life &amp; education ahead of them. Because of an agreement between Gazan Universities (now destroyed) and the Egyptian government, once in Egypt, they will be able to enroll at a local university to complete their undergraduate education. The money raised through this campaign will cover the costs of their crossing, university tuition, and living expenses while they take the rest of their classes.
