Hi, my name is Ramesh Manandhar, 39 years old, a husband and father of 2 very young kid 14 years old son and 6 years old daughter from Ratnanagar, Tandi, Chitwan Nepal. Once I used to be an foreign labor worker in different countries to sustain my family and for better future of my kids. I was diagnosed Kidney failure few years ago when i was working abroad. Now I am fighting for my life. And want to live for my family. Every sacrifice I made was for them, for their smile.

My last medical option is - Kidney Transplant which is very costly. I am scheduled for a kidney transplant in Kolkata, India, where an incredibly generous match has been found. It was a moment of hope. But hope alone can't cover the cost of hospital fees, surgery, medications, travel and lodging. Every moment, every breath, now comes with financial mountain which i simply can't climb without your support.

This is a chance for me to stand tall again. Your donation isn't just giving me a kidney- you're giving me a future. You're giving me more time with my family, more hugs with kids.
