Help Ralpha Roof

Donation protected

Ralpha Painter is from Bethalto, Illinois. After graduating from Lincoln Christian University and attending Lincoln Christian Seminary, she became a teacher in Puerto Rico. She married there and she and her husband, "Paco" have raised 4 beautiful children. Her husband died in July of this year. He was a VietNam veteran who earned the Purple Heart. This campaign is being set up for Ralpha to have the necessary funds to rebuild the roof of their home. The entire home is cement walls. Half of the roof is wood covered in tin and half is cement. Hurricane George damaged the tin side and now Hurricane Maria has destroyed it again. The kitchen and at least one bedroom have been severely water damaged as well. The specific need is to rebuild the wood/tin side with CEMENT! This will provide a more sure protection in the future. It will cost approximately $3,000. Any and all monies collected will be useful towards the roof, food/water/gasoline and kitchen cabinetry replacement. It is estimated to be a 2-month wait before there will be help in construction workers and supplies getting inland.
