<div>Hi everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On March 21, I was the victim of a violent assault that left me with a lost front tooth and a contusion on my head. While I’m grateful to be recovering, the injury to my mouth has had a significant impact on my daily life, my confidence, and my ability to do what I love most—sing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The tooth I lost is right in the front of my mouth. It affects my ability to eat, my speech, and my self-esteem. As a singer and performer, my voice is everything, and this injury has already caused me to develop a lisp that makes me self-conscious both on and off stage.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Beyond the missing tooth, the two surrounding teeth were also loosened from the impact. My doctors have advised that I need temporary dentures to help stabilize them while my mouth heals. Without that support, there is a real risk that those teeth could fall out as well, which would mean an even more complex and expensive procedure to replace them with a double implant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have a treatment plan in place: I’ll be getting a permanent dental implant in June, but until then, I need dentures to protect my mouth and prevent further damage. Unfortunately, my insurance won’t cover the cost of the dentures, and there will be out-of-pocket expenses for the surgery itself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m asking for $3,700 to cover:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>$700 for temporary dentures (needed immediately to protect my teeth)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>$3,000 for my tooth implant surgery in June
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this, but I truly need support from my community. If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would mean the world to me. And if you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would be just as helpful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can give. It means everything to me as I heal and work toward getting back to my full self—on stage and in life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Ralfie
