Help Raju get a liver Transplant

Raju is a 50 year old Auto driver (an Indian taxi cab) in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, whose day to day job is to take kids to and from school. When I was a kid attending elementary/middle school, me and my sisters used to ride his auto to and from school. This has been his livelihood for the last 3 decades. Due to his friendly and helping nature, he became more of a friend to our and many other families. Even after we completed schooling, our family still continued to take his Auto service until recently. With his hard work at his job riding Auto from 6am to 9pm almost every day, he earned about $300 a month. He supports his family (wife and 2 daughters) with his earnings.
Raju strongly believes in proper education for kids and with this belief he spent a good deal of his time, energy and money in educating his 2 daughters. One of the daughters just completed her Bachelors in Engineering and 2nd daughter is in the middle of her Bachelors in Medicine. At this juncture in life, he got affected with Jaundice and came to know of his deteriorating Liver which is a hereditary issue that took his own father's life several years ago. Because of his health, he is no longer able to earn his living and support his family/daughter's education. My family and some others have come forward to help him and his family with their monthly expenses. But he needs a huge help to get his surgery done and survive.

As of today, he signed up for organ (liver) donation at http://www.jeevandan.gov.in and is 2nd on the waitlist for a Liver donation. 
Cost of this surgery in USD is $42,500. Out of this Government of India sanctioned $11,500 towards his surgery. He is struggling to find the remaining $31,000 towards his surgery in a month from today (March 2nd 2019) .
As the time is running out I have decided to approach crowd funding  and share Raju's story to all my friends and any willing donors to help save Raju and his family.
