Help raise money for Evelyn's surgery

My mother, Evelyn Ratunil Mata, is 60 years of age. She works as a laundry woman and a street swiper in the Philippines. She tripped in the bathroom, and suffered extreme pain in her head. After she was taken to the hospital, we found out that she burst a vein in her head and requires urgent surgery. The surgery will cost us $1,200. We need the funds as soon as possible to get my mother the surgery because we cannot afford it. Any help is appreciated. I am domestic worker in Kuwait and I would like to help my mom in any way possible.
