Help raise funds for my friend's Top Surgery!

Hey guys
I've made this gofundme on behalf of a long-time friend, who is very dear to me, he has reached out to me for help, as he lives more comfortably being stealth and feels that anonymously reaching out for help would be beneficial to him.
He is currently medically transitioning and is on HRT, however regardless of the hormone treatment his chest dysphoria continues to be crippling, distressing to manage and effects his mental health severely.
He is in desperate need of Top Surgery, hopefully within the next year as this would be a life saving surgery for him and would help alleviate some of the overwhelming dysphoria that he experiences daily.
The biggest challenge standing between him and the surgery is the financial cost of the surgery as it ranges between £6,900 - £7,300. As his mental health effects his ability to work, he cannot afford this or save this solely from the benefits he receives; which makes this incredibly difficult and distressing for him to try and solve.
My friend is a kind and genuine person who has to live in constant distress due to his gender dysphoria, I truly believe no one should have to live in discomfort and constant pain within their own skin and that everyone should be able to live authentically as themselves.
I would be so sincerely grateful for any aid that can be given to raise money towards his surgery, and he would be extremely appreciative of this.
