<div>I am Danny Palucho, and I am reaching out to assist my nephew, Rafael Trejo, who is in urgent need of financial support for legal representation regarding his 8immigration status and a federal case. Rafael was pulled over for speeding when an immigration officer unexpectedly approached his vehicle, demanding that he exit the car to verify his legal status. Despite having already provided his license and registration to the initial officer and awaiting a ticket, Rafael invoked his Fifth Amendment rights. After three requests for him to exit the vehicle, the officer forcibly broke the window, leading to a chaotic situation that resulted in a pursuit and Rafael being removed from his van by ten officers. He now faces federal charges and immigration detention, despite having no prior criminal record and being a law-abiding citizen who loves and works diligently to support his family and friends.

Gracias
