Hi everyone! My brother, Quinton Begay, is 7 years old, from the Pueblos of Jemez and San Felipe and part Navajo. He is in his second year of running Cross Country for the Notah Begay 3 Foundation. He ran his best time at Regionals in El Paso, Texas, placing 26 of 85 runners with the Top 30 qualifying for Nationals. He has been working very hard for the past 14 weeks to reach his goal to qualify for the USATF National Junior Olympics Cross Country Championship in Tallahassee, Florida on December 10,2017.
Quinton hasn't missed a day of practice, has been improving week to week and competing in meets every weekend. He is very dedicated and commited to the goals he sets. This page is to help him achieve his goal and get him to Nationals to take advantage of this great opportunity to compete at the next level.
