<div>	•	Their young brother recently had surgery to remove shrapnel from his kidney after their home was bombarded.

<div>They are currently living in a fragile cloth tent on the beach, with 40‑mile‑per‑hour winds constantly tearing it down. The cold nights, relentless rains, and floods make daily life nearly impossible. Every gust of wind or heavy rain threatens to destroy what little shelter they have. The floods soak their belongings, food, and bedding, leaving them wet, cold, and vulnerable.
