<div>We are writing to you today to ask for your support in helping our dear friend Q. Anthony Ali, who has recently suffered an unfortunate accident and injury. Q is a valued member of our community and a wonderful guy, and we want to do everything we can to help him during this strenuous time.

<div>On July 6th, Q suffered a patellar tendon tear on his left knee and a quadriceps tear on his right knee due to a fall down stairs. He underwent surgery on Monday July 8th to repair both injuries.
</div>

<div>Due to the nature of these serious injuries, the out-of-pocket medical costs - medications, medical equipment, physical therapy - the loss of income, and the 6 month recovery process, Q will be unable to work for the foreseeable future.
</div>

<div>As you can imagine, this has put a significant financial strain on Q and his family. He is resilient, a steadfast worker, and always willing to go the extra mile. We want to support Q through the recovery process until he can get back on his feet.
