HELP MOM AND SON COVER FOR PUP LEGS SURGERY

Hi, i m a puppy ithat needed urgent leg surgery due to breaking my bones. (tibia, fibula and ankle). My owners are an adorable 8 year old boy and his 27yr old mom.
My surgeries and treatments costed them almost all of their savings. As both legs would cost up to 5/8 thousand dollars, but as long as i fix my back leg, the front leg could manage to heal without surgery even if not as fast...so that brings the cost down. Due to the pandemic and my owner being a single mom, moved to a foreign country by her self barely two years ago,  with a child that is currently not going to school, it makes it difficult for her to get back on her feet and make the money she has been saving back. the goal displayed on this page was just to re cover his back leg surgery.. im not including the 1000 for the first evaluation .The dog fell from the bathroom countertop, while i was trying to give him a bath in the sink, he ran away from bath time and fell right down. i v already paid a 1000 dollars just for the first x rays, evaluation, and previous shins he had.
i v previously found a different vetnerian that would have done it for 2195 but when i got there, i noticed in the papers (thank god)that they "have the right if choosing to" to neuter the patients. when i asked what that was about she nonchalantly said : " oh yea to get a surgery here thats a must, he has to be neutered or we cant help". first of all i would hope they would tell you that up front or on the phone instead of me having to find out from a paper that i could have easily overlooked and just signed. !!! second my puppy is too young to do that yet (4months) and another doctor i v called told me he is NOT fit for neutering yet and the would have damaged him since his testicles didn't drop yet... so while in tears i v last minute found another place that doesn't neuter but was1000 $more.( 3k). 
please help our family as the money i had aside was all i saved up during quarantine and now is pretty much all gone , with christmas coming up and not even having enough money to pay rent this month, we need a miracle
