My husband, Steve Hewitt is turning 70. Since we moved to Florida, he has felt God leading him in exciting new ways. As a result, he has written a book titled "Focused Christianity". In this book, he shares five principles that he has dedicated to living each and every day. These go beyond the basics of most Christian actions such as attending church, reading the Bible, etc. They are principles that he has been using everyday for the last few years in every aspect of his daily walk.

The book has been finished for over 6 months, and several publishers (he will be self publishing) have encouraged him to use their services to get the book to print. However, the cost for using WestBow (the publisher Steve has picked) is around $2,500. Every time we get ready to write the check and get the book on the press, something comes up and we need the money elsewhere. I KNOW this book means a lot to Steve, and I have decided to turn to family and friends to raise the money to get his book published, especially as a birthday present now that he is turning 70.
