Sanara is a peaceful sanctuary that was created to help others heal from emotional, spiritual, and physical pain in Southlake, Texas . It is a true place of authentic healing from a place of connection and genuine love. When you walk through the doors, you feel like you are home. It is truly like no other studio.
We all go through challenges in life that drop us to our knees and break our spirits. When we are down, we must help pick each other back up. This is one of our core beliefs at Sanara. We all take turns helping each other, offering strength and support for each other, and trusting that we are truly all in this together as we stand united in this journey of life.
On March 14th 2020, we were the first studio in our community to close our doors in response to COVID-19. Out of concern for the mental and emotional wellbeing of our members we didn't hesitate to take our classes online for free as a gift to not only our members but the entire community. The immediate response was greater than we could have ever imagined. Our Facebook following grew quickly from 1300 to over 3700. To date, we have offered well over 100 free classes surpassing 74,000 views on Facebook. Our offering of encouragement, meditation, helpful mental health recommendations, yoga, and a community of support has reached people all over the world.
The support and feedback has been inspiring. However, our studio is in danger of closing because our costs to operate have not changed. Meanwhile our membership revenue is dropping every day. We have applied for financial government assistance but the money has run out. We are unable to pay our teachers or our studio expenses without furthering our debt. We are in the process of creating a new affordable online membership program which we hope will expand our base and get us through this unprecedented time. But all of this costs money and we are at a point where we need to ask for help.
We need your help! Please support our campaign and ability to continue serving and healing others during this difficult time.

- Help pay our rent, utilities, insurance and other operating expenses
- Help pay our dedicated teachers
- Help us be ready to open our doors to the community when restrictions are lifted
