Despite sharing 50/50 custody with my ex-husband, we both have full physical and legal custody of our children, for over two years following our divorce decree, my ex-husband has refused to sign the necessary paperwork for our children to obtain international passports, preventing them from visiting my family in Africa, despite my clearance in the divorce decree. Recently, I discovered that my ex has obtained image rights protection from Meta, prohibiting me from featuring my children on Facebook and jeopardizing my livelihood as a content creator. All my videos with my children are being removed, and my page is at risk of deletion. Despite a court order amendment and final judgment on April 5, 2024, my ex continues to openly threaten and encourage his fans to maliciously report my page, further endangering my livelihood and relationship with my children. Due to the exorbitant legal fees in Los Angeles, I am unable to afford proper legal representation to reclaim my rights. I am reaching out to the public for support with legal fees to prevent this ongoing torment and protect my relationship with my children.
