In two weeks the city is going to board up my house and I'll be homeless if I can't come up with $750 to pay the water department, after a bad former roommate cut the water meter lock off, giving me a $600 fine. Please help, I've been waiting on my disability since my rare inoperable cancer diagnosis in September 2022.
