<div>Single motherhood has been a nightmare. The bills keep piling up, and due to my kiddo's needs, I am unable to work until Rowan goes back to school in the fall.

<div>I tried to come up with a solution and rent my house out to cover the bills there. That situation went badly sideways with tenants now in my home with rent unpaid. I legally can do nothing right now that gets my bills paid.

<div>I have an interested buyer in my home. Due to legalities, I can't give more info here. But this may be a slow process where I am in limbo with bills still piling up. Till I have rent coming in and the house sale finalized to eliminate the loans, I am in very real danger of going into foreclosure in the next few months.
