esu tėtis, kovojantis už savo aštuonerių metų dukros teisę į meilę, saugumą ir vaikystę be baimės. Jau daugiau nei dvejus metus ji gyvena su manimi – ji laiminga, rami, apsupta rūpesčio. Deja, mūsų kova su Švedijos sistema vis dar tęsiasi.

Kai dukrai buvo 11 mėnesių, likau su ja vienas. Vėliau teismas paskyrė 50/50 globą, nors mama atsisakė atsakomybės. Per metus dukra patyrė fizinį ir emocinį smurtą, o socialinės tarnybos ilgą laiką tai ignoravo. Dabar pagaliau jos pradėjo matyti tikrąją situaciją – bet teismai vis tiek verčia dukrą matytis su skriaudėja, nors ji aiškiai to nenori ir blogai jaučiasi.

Šiuo metu vyksta naujas teismo procesas. Kovoju, kad mano dukra turėtų teisę rinktis, su kuo ji nori būti. Tuo pačiu metu mama atšaukė dukros pasą – mes negalime išvykti iš šalies, nes gresia rizika, kad ji bus atimta iš manęs.

Mano byla – apie vaiko teisę į saugumą. Tam reikia profesionalios teisinės pagalbos, o tai kainuoja labai daug. Visų procesų, advokatų, vertimų išlaidos jau viršija 17 500 eurų. Turiu šimtus puslapių dokumentų ir įrodymų, bet net teisingumui reikia finansų.

Help my daughter preserve her freedom and a safe, peaceful childhood.

I am a father fighting for my eight-year-old daughter’s right to love, safety, and a childhood free from fear. For over two years now, she has been living with me—happy, calm, and surrounded by care. Unfortunately, our battle with the Swedish system is still ongoing.

When my daughter was just 11 months old, I was left to care for her on my own. Later, the court granted joint custody (50/50), even though her mother refused to take responsibility. Over the course of a year, my daughter suffered both physical and emotional abuse, which social services ignored for a long time. Only recently have they started to acknowledge the reality of our situation—but despite this, the courts still force my daughter to meet with her abuser, even though she clearly does not want to and feels deeply distressed by it.

We are now in the midst of a new court process. I am fighting for my daughter’s right to choose who she wants to be with. At the same time, her mother has revoked her passport—so we are unable to leave the country, as there is a real risk she may be taken from me.

This case is about a child’s right to feel safe. To protect her, I need professional legal assistance, which is extremely costly. The expenses for legal representation, court proceedings, and translation services have already exceeded €17500. I have hundreds of pages of documents and evidence—but even justice requires funding.
