<div><strong>Florida's Beaches Belong to Everyone</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Open Shores of SWFL, Inc. is a nonprofit organization working to restore meaningful public beach access in Boca Grande.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Parking restrictions adopted by Lee County have made it significantly more difficult for residents, visitors, veterans, seniors, families, anglers, and people with disabilities to access Boca Grande's public beaches.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since our organization was formed, volunteers have dedicated hundreds of hours researching public records, attending public meetings, documenting conditions, and educating the community. While our time is volunteered, public records, expert review, outreach, and advocacy require financial support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation helps support the work needed to restore meaningful public beach access through research, public education, advocacy, and public records.
</div>

<div><strong>Why We Need Your Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Public records requests
</li>
<li>Legal research and expert review
</li>
<li>Website and educational resources
</li>
<li>Community outreach and public awareness

</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution helps us continue building a factual record, educating the public, and advocating for practical solutions that restore meaningful public access to Boca Grande's public beaches.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This effort is about more than parking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Parking is the gateway to public beach access. When public parking is significantly reduced, many people lose practical access to beaches that belong to everyone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Open Shores believes public beaches should be accessible not only in theory, but in practice.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you are a resident, visitor, veteran, business owner, angler, beach walker, or simply someone who believes Florida's public beaches should remain accessible to everyone, your support makes a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are at a critical point in this effort, and the support we receive today will help determine how effectively we can continue working to restore meaningful public beach access in Boca Grande.
