Help Pokey fly out to U.S!

My FAMILY decided not to REHOME POKEY! No! We don't want to leave our boy behind! we want to send him out as soon as possible before another year starts and before the complete travel banning of snub-nosed dog happen!
Unfortunately due to increase of the prices we couldn't afford to fly him out coz we also need to process my family's immigration VISA to U.S that will cost us TONS OF MONEY. We never expected this to happen. When we adopted him 5mos ago we knew we would be spending a lot of money to ship him out (1k-2kusd),and we tried preparing and saving for that, but we never knew that it has to be so soon and it get tripled. 
We pcs/fly next yr (June) And we did try to save up as much as we can so we could bring him when we fly out, but not more than enough to provide everything this soon (before the year ends). And i felt like we are running out of time! We been quoted 2900-3500usd (crate not included).
Apparently i also just had a baby and making a business to support him is a little bit impossible, but we
will still try!
I heard a lot of bad reviews if we give him to shelter i'm scared, worried, broken hearted but still hoping we could send him and so we decide to ask for help and start raising a fund so he wont ended up bouncing around or worst go to a "kill shelter!"
He has been a very sweet-good dog that just loves attentions and cuddles.
Pls. Pls Help us send Pokey to my mother in law so we could be reunited when we are ready to leave korea next june. Thank you and Bless all your heart!
