Help, please, Lila save her house

I had a fine a $1000 from the Housing Department. I appealed, but the day I had to go to their court I couldn't leave my job (my boss was shorthanded with people). Instead to give me a chance another date, they
raised twice the fine to $2000. I lost my job in December last year and I couldn't pay.  They added also to
the amount @400 water bill.
In May they put the house on a Tax sale. Somebody offer to them $9896. I have some time to redeem my
house until November, but without a job, no way to save the money I need. I have unemployment, but it is
not enough to pay my life expenses.
A few days ago I received a letter saying the "buyer" may ask to have a Permit to start fixing the house, and the house is in normal shape and I will need to pay his expenses for asking the court to have a foreclosure
and then a Settlement too.  Also I have to pay for a Permit, if he applied for. And  percentage on the
total final amount. I hope him/her not to have high expenses for their actions but you never know... 

My dogs Ivancho and Teddy are my "Security guards" and my courage to resist. 

Please, help me save mine and my dogs house! We have no other place to go.  The time to redeem it is too
short to save the money without having a job
