Help place family in new home after house fire.

Hartford fire companies responded to 101 Love Lane, a three-family occupied home located in the city’s Northeast neighborhood, for a report of a structure fire. Upon arrival, firefighters reported fire showing from the 3rd floor B-Side bedroom. There was no one home at the time of the call. The fire was quickly extinguished, and there are no injuries to civilians or firefighters reported at this time. Fire is currently under control, and our Fire Marshals office is handling the investigation. HFD Special Services Unit worked with Red Cross to assist the 2 Families/3 of which were displaced adults.

One of those families is a dear friend of ours in which we would like to collect and help her get back on her feet after this terrible unforeseen event. Everything was lost during this house fire, and nothing was able to be recovered. Please join us in helping our family/friends through these challenging times.
