My name is Phyllis and I am 75 years old and a widow. I was an uber driver and hurt my back in April by grabbing something out of the back seat. I tried to let it heal for a few months thinking it was a pulled muscle but when it didn't get any better I went to see a doctor in June and was told that I had a broken disk that needed surgery to repair it and was also told that I have surgery in my the back of my lung and in my kidney and that I needed to undergo chemotherapy to slow the cancer. I am unable to work due to my cancer and sickness. I am just needing to pay for treatments and bills while I fight to save my life.
