Help Phoenix Kick Cancer

December 2017 we found out our world changed forever. Our three year old daughter, Phoenix, was diagnosed with cancer, stage 3 pelvic neuroblastoma to be specific. At that time, she wasn't able to even walk anymore and was started on emergency chemo in hopes to alleviate her pain and shrink the tumor both in size and out of her spinal canal before attempting any surgery. She is considered high risk on the neuroblastoma scale which means we are in for a long fight, lots of treatments, lots of hospital stays and lots of expenses. She is being treated at Phoenix Children's Hospital. We are about to start her fourth round of chemo next week. After round 5 of chemo, she will undergo surgery, then a sixth round of chemo. After she completes chemo, we will be admitted for atleast 4-6 weeks for bone marrow transplant. Transplant will be followed by radiation at Mayo Clinic and then once that phase is completed, we will have week long stays atleast once a month for several months to complete immunotherapy back at Phoenix Children's. Her treatments are working. Phoenix's tumor has shrunk by 30-40% and she has regained her ability to walk. She is a fierce little spirit and one hell of a fighter. This is not going to be an easy journey and they are estimating her treatment time to be about a year and a half. Many people have asked how they can help and we never have a great answer. We never wanted to ask for help this way and we appreciate all of the help we've received so far.
