Help Philly Students Travel
PMA is a school in the heart of Philadelphia. Our students come from all over the city and from many walks of life. For most of our students, they have never had the chance to travel or explore beyond our own city. More than half of Philadelphia students live below the poverty line and never get the chance to travel. It has been a really hard year for all of our students. Many of them have one or both parents out of work, they are learning in small houses surrounded by other siblings, and are cut off completely from their support systems in school. This trip to Spain in the summer of 2022 is a beacon of light for our students. It gives them hope that the world will move on from COVID and that their whole high school experience won't be on a computer screen.
We are looking for support to put together 2 scholarships for deserving kids. Will you help us give these kids the opportunity of a life time to travel in the summer of 2022?
