Winter is coming again and Phil & Lucy still haven't found a permanent home. With all the heat this summer it's been hard to live in the van and rents in Portland are only going up. We are looking for a permanent place to rent before winter. If you know of any places or rooms, please contact Phil. We're also raising money to help with the costs of renting a new place. Phil is on a very limited income and medical bills for his health add up.
ABOUT US
66 year old Native American, fighting cancer and my overall health is getting worse. I can’t live another winter in my van and risk getting sick. Lucy is my sweet, 3 year old, service dog. She’s well mannered and gets along great with people, kids, other dogs AND cats.
