Help Penny Lane Walk Again

Only 2 days ago little 4 year old Penny Lane woke up with a limp. Yesterday, she lost all mobility and sensation in her hind legs and cannot walk. The cause of her spine injury, currently paralyzing her, is essentially unknown. She has Intervertebral Disc Degeneration (IVDD), which apparently strikes 1 in 4 Dachshunds.
Penny and I have spent 7 hours and $3k thus far going from vet, to hospital, to MRI clinic, and back to the hospital.
The funds will be used to assist with the surgery that will allow Penny to walk again.
The surgery is pricy, and frankly, a sum I'm even uncomfortable asking for help with, but I love my pup even more. Penny Lane means the world to me. I would give anything to ensure she has the highest quality of life her sweet soul deserves. If you know Penny, she is the sweetest and most cuddly dog. I'd be eternally thankful to anyone who can contribute any denomination! I will be happy to return the generosity with yoga, dog sitting, baby sitting, any favor you can think of!
