Help Penny get Breast Mass Removal surgery

Hi Everyone!
I’ve had Penny for a little over 7 years.
This would actually be the 2nd time that
Penny needs this same surgery, her first one was in dec 2015. The masses did not
return until the beginning if this year. I did not get biopsy the first time around in hopes that it would not come back. This time my vet suggested we get one to makesure that its not cancer.
