Help Penny Fight GLIOBLASTOMA

On October 26, 2017 Penny Giaouris' world came crashing down when, at just 55, she was rushed to hospital following a sudden seizure. A CT scan confirmed a brain tumour and Penny's fight began. After a grueling surgery 3 days later to remove 90% of the mass, Penny was given the diagnosis no one should have to hear: GLIOBLASTOMA.

Glioblastoma is an aggressive, incurable brain cancer that grows into vital areas where it can't be removed surgically. Penny's tumour and surgery also caused swelling in the brain, leaving her with minimal use of her left side. Penny is courageously undergoing exhausting physical therapy and will begin daily treatment with radiation and chemo on November 22 to fight for as long a life as possible.

Unable to work, with bills piling up and loving husband Phil and teen daughter Katina depending on her, Penny needs more than our prayers; she needs our help. Those who know Penny know she is always the first person to assist others in need, and do it with a smile on her face.
