<div> Our dear friend Peggy faced unimaginable loss last week. Peggy lost her home and everything she had built over the years. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Peggy has always put her family first. Peggy's career as a social worker centered around helping others, and when her husband of 50+ years, Joel needed an urgent kidney transplant, Peggy didn't hesitate to help.

<div> Tragically, this current disaster comes on the heels of losing Joel less than a year ago, making this time even more difficult.

<div> Peggy is one of the kindest, most selfless people we know. She helped raise us from our youngest days in New York to our older years in Los Angeles and beyond. She has always been like our second mother. Now, she needs our help to start over.
