We are a military family & currently live in Kuwait. In September 2024 we sadly had to say a final farewell to our beautiful dog Monty, he had been around the whole of our children’s lives. Back in Kuwait a stray cat had a litter of 5 kittens in our garden. We helped take care of them & managed to find homes/sanctuaries for them, but we kept one. She has helped fill the hole in our hearts left by our dog’s departure. Kuwait is over run by stray cats and although there are a few people trying to rescue & rehome them it is a continuous battle. Most are rehomed in other countries, so not to run the risk of them ending up being strays again, this is very common. We would love to raise enough funds to help Peanut find a loving home in the UK. If we could also raise some extra for the few people who rescue and rehome cats & dogs in Kuwait, that would be fantastic. Every penny helps & I know my children would be so happy that peanut has a good home & it’s our way of thanking her for helping to mend our broken hearts. Thank you
