Help pay my mom’s medical bills for CHF

My mother, LeEtta, who is 62 years old has had Sickle Cell disease since she was born. She has been in & out of the hospital with many different things all related to Sickle Cell for her entire life. But she has beaten the odds that have been against her by having my older brother & I, traveling, & living to the age she is now. She was let go from the job that she had for 35 years in 2015. She happily retired from Corporate America grind. Letting go of the stress the daily pressures, the meetings, the deadlines, the micro-aggression, the racism, the sexism, the colorism, the prejudices, and the rat race. My mother volunteered at nonprofit organizations to help those less fortunate, she donated to teachers to help with classroom projects, she has such a big heart. She was a mentor, a coach, and a role model for so many people while working in Corporate America. Her search for new employment has been challenging because of her age and physical limitations but she found temporary jobs to make ends meet. These offered no medical benefits but provided her the freedom to leave the job at the job reducing the stress on her health. She's just been diagnosed with Stage 3 Congestive Heart Failure. She has no insurance (Medi-Cal says making 35k a year is too much but covered California says she should be able to pay 827.00 a month for Kaiser). I cannot put her on my insurance unless she's found incompetent by the court which she isn't. All her medical bills for the surgery, the cardiologist, the post-op recovery, and medication will be self-pay because it's now a pre-existing condition. We are still researching options and have hope but time is of the essence because there is no cure for this condition.
