help pay insurance and medical bills

My mom was in a serious accident this afternoon on her way to work today, someone pulled out in front  of her and the person behind her rear ended her causing her to spin around and hit a moving semi. person who caused it had no insurances and my mom currently has no medical insurances. Anything would be greatly appreciated to help my mom get a new car and pay off her medical bills❤️
