Help pay for our son, Alexander's, final expenses
Donation protected
Our son, brother and friend, Alexander Sonnenberg (Bean to his dad), has tragically passed away on April 18, 2021. He was just 23. We need all of the support and help that we can get to pay for his final expenses. He did not have any life insurance. His father and I also do not have the savings needed to pay for a service he deserves.
They say the brightest light burns the fastest. This was more than true of Alex. Those that knew him also knew he had a big heart. Our son suffered, mostly in silence, with mental health issues. He never wanted to "bother anyone" with his troubles. He would rather offer his help than burden others when he truly needed help himself. He loved Notre Dame football, video games, local short track racing and his cats. Now we are asking for help for him.
Thank you so much again for all your generosity. I just don't know how this is even possible without the generosity Alex has already received.
Quick update: I didn't want the announcement of his celebration bumped off the main page. I have removed the ability to donate to help Alex and us. Thanks to everyone for helping give Alex one last farewell. Please make any further donations in memory of Alex to your local mental health and/or suicide prevention programs
Also EVERYONE, and I do mean everyone, is invited to attend Alex's celebration. Info is below in the update section.
Thank you so much for your help and generosity.
