Help Pay for Doot's Vet Bills
Hi everyone, my name is Victoria and I'm raising some money for some sudden vet bills for my cat Doot. Doot is five years of age and I've had her for four of those years after adopting her from a shelter. This morning (Jan. 12, 2021) I realized that there was blood in her urine and am taking her tomorrow morning to see the vet. We're hoping it's a UTI, but even so, that will cost around 400 dollars to treat. And if it's something worse, it could be much more.
The funds will be used towards the bills for the vet and any medicine Doot needs to treat whatever condition she has. They require the money upon the end of the visit and do not take payment plans, so this is very sudden and with everything going on with COVID, we do not have a lot of money saved up for emergencies. I need to raise as much as I possibly can by tomorrow afternoon.
Doot means the world to me and the idea that anything could be causing her pain is really scary to me. She's my shadow. She meows when I leave the house and she follows me around everywhere I go.
I would be so grateful for any amount of donations or just sharing this around. Doot has brought me so much joy and I just want to take care of her. Any amount is appreciated.
And a picture of the blood in her urine. I only discovered this because while I was in the bathroom, she tried to pee on the floor next to the litter box.
