Urgent need!

Hello friends, as many of you are aware, Paul Spaar has been in the hospital for quite some time battling sepsis.

After three unsuccessful surgeries to repair a broken ankle, it was decided amputation was the best route because of Paul's osteoporosis (when they tried to put screws and plates in his ankle, the bones disintegrated). Paul had his right leg amputated below the knee, and has a long recovery road ahead of him. 



Paul’s rehabilitation will include a prosthetic leg, physical therapy, as well as in home care while adjusting to his new situation. As you may imagine his medical bills are stratospheric, after the insurance companies pay their portion.

His doctors feel he needs to remain in a rehabilitation facility for a couple of more months, however his insurance plan has stated they will no longer pay for him to receive care at the facility. Needless to say, it has caused Paul, his family and friends tremendous worry and consternation.

Funds are needed immediately. Won’t you help our dear friend Paul?
