<div>Hi, my name is Paul,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I am an 11-time Ironman, ultra-athlete, and endurance cyclist.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Six months ago, I was training for my 12th Ironman in 2025, with the goal of qualifying for the World Championship through Ironman’s Legacy Program in 2026.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>However, on July 10th, my life took a dramatic turn. I was admitted to intensive care with COVID Pneumonitis. My lungs were shutting down, my heart was failing, and my organs were close behind. I was given less than a 50/50 chance of surviving the next 48 hours.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now, against all odds, I am on a long journey of recovery. The impact - physically, mentally, and financially - has been immense. But the fact that I am here today, writing this, and planning my return to endurance sports is nothing short of a miracle.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My determination to achieve my goals is stronger than ever. Along the way, I hope to raise over <strong>£20,000</strong> for the British Heart Foundation, as well as supporting the largest single Donor’s Charity partners. Wilier Triestina have supported me in helping acquire a bike, which I will auction off for charity at the end of the racing season.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>How You Can Help:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>•	All donors will be thanked and tagged on social media.

</div>

<div>•	Donations over £500 will receive social media recognition and have their logo featured on my race day Triathlon suit.

</div>

<div>•	Donations over £1,000 will get the above, plus an invitation to collaborate on social media content.

</div>

<div>•	The largest single donor will get the above and have the opportunity to select a charity partner to receive 50% of the total funds raised.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>All contributions will go to charity or be used to cover the costs of fundraising further.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As the Head Coach at Wild Training - the UK’s best independent gym - I’m fortunate to have their full support in sharing this journey and with the backing of training partners who have a combined social following of over 650,000, this story will reach and inspire many.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This is not just a personal comeback story; it’s a chance to inspire others facing their own challenges. With your help, we can make a real impact.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you or your organisation would like to be part of this journey, I would love to discuss further.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your time and support.

</div>
