<div>My name is Lola, and I'm organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend, Paty, an incredible human who has always shown up with love and kindness for others. Today, she and her family need our help more than ever.

<div>Paty lives in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, and in the last weeks, she has become a core financial and emotional support for her mother, Patricia Jasso, who recently suffered a stroke near the thalamus. This is a life-altering event that no one could have prepared for.
</div>

<div>Thanks to immediate medical intervention and relentless dedication from both the doctors and Paty herself, her mother is now stable and fighting to recover, undergoing critical treatments and therapies to regain her strength and independence.
</div>

</div>
<div>But as many of us know, recovery comes at a cost. Medical bills, therapy sessions, medications, and long-term care needs are adding up quickly, and Paty and her sister are carrying that burden largely on their own.
</div>

</div>
<div>As you know, medical care and financial assistance is not the same everywhere in the world, and this is why I'm hoping to bring together the community of love and care around the globe to help relieve some of the financial pressure on Paty.

<div>No amount is too small. Every euro and message of hope helps build a foundation of strength for this incredible family, who has also embraced me in my childhood as one of their own.
