<div>Hi, my name is Patrick Stutz, though many of you know me as Patty Rose. I’ve recently been diagnosed with <strong>Central Serous Retinopathy (CSR)</strong>, an eye condition that has completely turned my life upside down.

<div>Because of CSR, I’m dealing with extreme light sensitivity, difficulty focusing, and constant migraines that make it impossible to work. As a self-employed barber, my vision is everything—without it, I can’t do my job. Doctors have told me recovery will happen on its own but could take up to six months, which means I’m facing a long stretch with no income while medical bills and basic expenses keep piling up.

<div>I’ve been exploring options for disability support, but eligibility is tricky for self-employed workers, and so far I’ve run into nothing but dead ends. That’s why I’m turning to my community for help.
