Help Patrick afford a home for his kids

This is a fundraiser for my friend Patrick in Kenya. He's a hard-working father of three. Elections in Kenya take place the first week of August, and the transfer of power is generally not peaceful. Because of this, many businesses, especially in urban areas, will shut down during that time of year to minimize the risk of harm to their employees. Many people will be leaving the urban centers and moving to the country to avoid any violence and unrest. Patrick wishes to keep his children out of harm's way, but in order to be able to afford a place to live, they need $640.00. He's already got some money set aside and only needs around $230.00.

I am a father of three from Kenya. I've been dreaming about having my own home for a very long time now. I am supposed to have $640 but I've managed to save $418. My job will be closed on the 30th this month amid doubts that the coming post election may be accompanied by unrest and violence.

As such, many civilians are already leaving urban centres to their rural home. By date 1 or 2 I am planning to also leave but I'm homeless. I need your help. I will be a comfortable father to have my own home. Thank you!
