On March 6th, Pat went to Jacobi Hospital because of swollen legs. What started as a simple concern turned into a fight for his life. Doctors discovered he needed an emergency triple bypass surgery. After surgery, his lungs collapsed, and he had to be placed in a medically induced coma for a month to recover.

When Pat finally came off the ventilator, he spent another month at Burke Rehab working hard to regain his strength. Now, he is in an intensive outpatient program to help him get back to daily life and eventually return to work.

Pat hasn’t been able to work for months, and it will be a few more months before he can again. He needs help covering medical bills and everyday living expenses during this challenging time.

Pat is always the first person to lend a hand to anyone in need. Now it’s our turn to help him. Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards his medical costs and life expenses until he is strong enough to work again.
