<div>I’m Vanessa, the founder of ParkBathe, a community led forest bathing project providing slow, mindful guided strolls in local parks to help people lower anxiety, de-stress and relax in nature. We’ve been going since 2021 (with a published peer reviewed paper) and are currently in eight SE London parks but would like to expand and train more walk leaders up!
